The Settlement Claims Portal Is Now Open

On May 3, 2019, the Court granted final approval of the EcoDiesel consumer class action settlement agreement and government consent decrees. The Settlements collectively provide cash compensation, a vehicle repair, and a comprehensive extended warranty.

If you are a current owner or current lessee, you must submit a claim and receive the repair to be eligible for compensation. You can have your vehicle repaired and receive the extended warranty prior to or after making a claim, but you will not be eligible for compensation until you submit your claim. If you are a Former Owner or Former Lessee, you must submit your valid claim by August 1, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. HST (90 days from the Court’s final approval of the Settlements). All current owners and current lessees must submit a valid claim by February 3, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. HST to participate (21 months from the Court’s final approval of the Settlements).
